Role & Responsibilities
* Carry out detailed stock condition surveys on residential properties
* Record building components, defects, and life-cycle data accurately
* Prepare clear and concise reports following site visits
* Manage your own diary and ensure efficient route planning
* Maintain strong relationships with the operations team and clients
* Deliver surveys to agreed schedules supporting large-scale residential projects.
Required Skills & Experience
1. Previous experience working on residential stock condition surveys
2. Construction-related qualification and/or 5+ years of relevant experience
3. Strong technical knowledge of building fabric and maintenance
