Salary: HC04 £25,185 - £25,989 (pro rata £19,739 - £20,369)
Hours: 29
Location:Hereford/Belmont Libraries

This is a great time to join our Herefordshire Library service while we develop the new central library in the Shirehall. Support the delivery of an excellent Hereford and Belmont library service to the whole community.

In this customer facing role, you will be assisting customers via email or by telephone to help answer day to day library enquiries, managing library materials (shelving, weeding), and supporting library operations, providing essential digital support to customers using computers within the libraries, assisting with activities for all ages. Activities will include children's storytimes, craft sessions and book-related events.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, community-minded, and eager to contribute to the development and daily operations to help provide a high-quality service to our customers of a much-loved local library.
