This is a service-driven role where you’ll not only help curate and maintain our wine and spirit lists, but also run a section during service, ensuring our guests enjoy an outstanding dining experience.

What You’ll Do
* Provide a warm, welcoming service to all guests
* Run a section independently during service
* Maintain the wine and spirit lists, including ordering and stock control
* Deliver food and wine with confidence and attention to detail
* Support colleagues and contribute to a positive, professional team

What We’re Looking For
* Around 1-2 years’ experience in a commis / apprentice sommelier role
* WSET L1 essential / L2 desirable
* A genuine passion for wine, spirits, and hospitality
* A friendly, professional manner with excellent communication skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* A team player who thrives in a small, supportive environment
* Pride in delivering memorable guest experiences
