Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 circa, depending on experience.
Hours: 8am-5pm Monday to Friday + 1 Saturday per month 8.30am-12.30pm paid as overtime.
Location: East Sussex - this is a rural office, so you must be a driver & have your own transport.

This is a fantastic opportunity due to company expansion, working for a high-end product supplier. You will be the first point of contact for customers, so strong customer service, sales support, and client account management experience are essential. You should also have strong computer skills in MS Word/Excel and CRM systems.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
1. Advising customers on products
2. Processing sales orders and providing after-sales customer service
3. Managing sales/social media channels including eBay, Amazon, Instagram, and Facebook
4. Providing quotes to customers based on their requirements and following up as needed
