Job Title: Commercial Property Solicitor

Location: Stirlingshire Office (with established hybrid working policy - 2 days in office)

Salary: Competitive

Reed Legal are delighted to be partnering with a small, boutique, commercially focused firm in Stirlingshire who are a market leader in their field and defy the misconception that if you join a small firm, you have to compromise on salary, quality of work and benefits.

They are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor, for a client facing role to be responsible for handling a variety of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Draft and negotiate commercial property contracts and agreements.
* Advise clients on property acquisitions, disposals, and leases.
* Conduct due diligence and property searches.
* Manage property disputes and litigation.
* Ensure compliance with property laws and regulations.
* Collaborate with other legal professionals.

Qualifications & Skills:

* Open to considering qualified solicitors from NQ level – circa 4 years PQE.
* Strong knowledge of property law and regulations.
* Enthusiastic, commercially minded and confident people person.
* Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines.
* Detail-oriented and highly organised.
