As they continue to scale, they're looking for exceptional people to grow, people who take pride in what they do and want to be part of something ambitious.The OpportunityMy client is looking for a talented and detail-driven Fire & Security Estimator to join the pre-construction team. You’ll play a key role in helping price, secure, and plan projects across a wide range of sectors.This role offers a mix of office-based and home working, with regular collaboration with the Pre-Construction Manager, supply chain partners, and in-house delivery teams.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate estimates for Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder systemsReview drawings, specifications, and technical documents to produce compliant costingsConduct site visits and liaise with clients and subcontractorsBuild detailed tender packages in line with project requirementsMaintain awareness of current product pricing, technical developments, and regulationsWork closely with the wider estimating, design, and delivery teams to ensure smooth handoversWhat We're Looking ForProven experience estimating Fire & Security systems (minimum 3 years preferred)Strong understanding of British Standards and current industry regulationsAbility to read technical drawings and produce accurate take-offsStrong commercial awareness and attention to detailExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsExperience working across commercial, industrial, energy or rail projects is advantageousProficiency in estimating software/tools and MS OfficeWhy Join?A clear pathway for growth and progressionA supportive, ambitious team with strong leadershipA pipeline of high-value, complex projectsFlexible hybrid working structureOngoing investment in training and developmentA company culture that values quality, integrity, and collaborationIf your interested in the role above then please email a CV over to ash@linkconsultants.co.uk or connect with me on LinkedIn for more details about this opportunity.
