Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven fitness coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will be confident in coaching group sessions, and possess a passion for strength and conditioning, helping members achieve their fitness goals through systematic programming and expert guidance. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, working alongside experienced coaches, in a growing business.
Duties
* Deliver group classes to a high standard.
* Offer guidance on fitness related subjects (nutrition, weight loss) using their expertise to best support our members
* Provide one on one personal training sessions.
* Become a role model within the gym, building up rapport with members and demonstrating the importance of effective strength and conditioning.
Criteria:
Essentials
* Minimum of 18 months personal training experience
* Experience coaching group classes
* Level 3 qualified personal trainer
* Excellent communication skills
* Enthusiastic and driven attitude towards further developing their coaching skills
Desirable
* First aid qualification
* Experience in fitness competitions like Hyrox, Turf games and Athx.
* Sports science degree or similar
* Strength and conditioning qualification
* Strong social media presence.
Candidates must be flexible to work early mornings, evenings and weekends. Although this role is freelance, there will be opportunity to have regular set hours.
