Overview

We are pleased to be recruiting to this exciting Recruitment Business Partner opportunity working as part of the People Team. This role will make a significant contribution to strengthening our ability to attract and hire great talent into our schools and central teams. In this role you will provide recruitment services across schools and central teams, using data and market insight to continuously improve hiring outcomes, candidate experience and time to hire. Working as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, you will manage effective attraction and selection activity, proactively source high-quality and diverse talent, and ensure every appointment is made safely, fairly and in line with policy.


Responsibilities

* Manage recruitment processes for senior roles and support hiring managers to undertake great recruitment across all Trust hiring processes.
* Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, build recruitment plans, develop talent pools and proactively plan for hard to fill roles
* Ensure that hiring managers have the knowledge, information and resources to hire safely and effectively
* Support and guide hiring managers to deliver a positive candidate experience and encourage and welcome feedback from candidates and hiring managers at all stages to allow us to continuously improve our communications, processes, and ways of working.


Skills and Knowledge / Qualifications

* Proven experience delivering end-to-end recruitment (in-house, agency or RPO), including direct sourcing and stakeholder management.
* Recruitment process and compliance knowledge, including fair selection practices, confidentiality and UK right-to-work checks; working knowledge of relevant UK employment and equality legislation.
* Exposure to employer branding, recruitment marketing, careers sites or social content to support attraction.
* Strong partnering skills with the confidence to influence and challenge constructively at all levels.
* Excellent communication (written and verbal) with a customer-focused approach and high attention to detail.
