Outdoors IN is a new pop up seasonal Activity Centre opening between October half term and 31st January. Offering a variety of activities for families to enjoy. Keeping active during the wetter and colder months is at the heart of what we are creating and require a manager to oversee day to day operations.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Centre Manager who, alongside the company director, will oversee the daily operations of our pop up activity centre. The ideal candidate will have previous management and event experience in a similar role.
This is an exciting opportunity for anyone looking to be involved in a start up business. You will have the opportunity to be involved in decision making from the outset. We are looking for someone with a creative flare that wants to put their stamp on something new, helping to create a wholesome, family focused activity centre with themed events.
Duties will include
* General day to day running of the facility
* Creating and implementing events
* Staff management and rotas
* Health & Safety
* Customer relations
* Stock ordering
The ideal candidate will have strong management and people skills, with the ability to flex with needs of the business.
Experience with creating a SEN friendly environment desirable.
