An opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join Gloucestershire based Residential Groundworks Business to operate within their commercial team. The client with an annual turnover of £80m is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team to help expand the business as they have multiple projects currently ongoing as well as at tendering stages.
Duties:
• Optimising contract profitability
• Provide quotations to clients for variations
• Comprehensive understanding of Residential Groundworks
• Accurate monthly cost and value reports
• All other daily tasks performed by a Quantity Surveyor
Requirements:
• Experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in residential groundworks
• Time management skills and meeting deadlines
• Experience in value engineering
• Proficient in all Microsoft packages e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
