As Bars Manager at The Randolph, your role will include: Leading all bar operations across the property, including the hotel bar, private events, and in-room drink offerings Building, coaching, and inspiring a high-performing bar team to deliver consistently excellent service Developing and evolving the cocktail and drinks menu to reflect the venue's prestige and guest profile Driving revenue, wet sales, and upselling through strong floor presence and team training Managing rotas, labour costs, and stock control in line with business targets Overseeing ordering, supplier relationships, and cellar management Ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements at all times Monitoring guest feedback and acting on it quickly to continuously raise service standards Working closely with the Hotel General Manager and F&B leadership on bar strategy and programming Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews within your team WHAT DO YOU NEED?
