We are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial Team, collaborating with our Design and Road Safety Teams.
You’ll manage the full lifecycle of design-build schemes under the NEC3 Term Service Contract (Options A, C, and E), ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Your role will involve cost planning, budget management, financial reporting, and contract administration—from feasibility to final account settlement. You'll prepare tender documents, oversee subcontractor payments, and advise on contractual claims and disputes.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and a strong negotiator, with excellent cost management and communication skills to work effectively with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
