Recruit4staff is proud to be working with our client, a leading Building Services company, in their search for a Project Manager - Mechanical. This role is based at their Head Office in Bromborough, overseeing multiple projects across the UK.
Our Client Offers:
* Basic salary up to £60,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)
* Working hours: 40 per week, Mon-Thu 8:30-17:00 and Fri 8:30-16:30

The Role - Project Manager - Mechanical:
* Work on high-rise residential MEP projects for commercial clients across the UK.
* Plan and execute building services engineering delivery, including commissioning and handover.
* Manage project programs and coordinate scope of works.
* Ensure the complete delivery of building services engineering works, meeting contractual obligations.
* Regular site visits to inspect ongoing installations for compliance and quality assurance.
* Review designers' and contractors' drawings for completeness and compliance.
* Resource projects appropriately, considering capacity and capability.
* Attend and chair meetings with clients, designers, contractors, and team members.
* Manage project budgets, cash flow, and mitigate commercial risks.
Candidate Requirements:
* Relevant trade background or experience in a similar role (ESSENTIAL)
* Recognized qualification in Building Services Engineering or similar (or demonstrated competence through experience)
* Proven track record in construction/building services contract management and delivery (ESSENTIAL)
* Experience leading mechanical building services projects/packages (£1m-£10m) (ESSENTIAL)
* Experience working on high-rise residential, student, or BTR projects (ESSENTIAL)
* Good technical knowledge of building services systems (Mechanical & Plumbing bias)
* Experience with subcontractor management, negotiations, and co-ordination (ESSENTIAL)
* Electrical building services knowledge (Beneficial)
* Experience subcontracting to medium/large contractors (Beneficial)
* Full driving license (ESSENTIAL)
* Good communication, team working, and man-management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Project
