Production Manager Bangor £55,000 - £60,000 Day Shift Black Fox Solutions are working alongside our client, based in Bangor, to recruit a Production Manager. As the successful Production Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and overseeing all manufacturing departments within the plant, and for ensuring all production activities carried out therein are done so in an efficient, cost-effective and timely manner to meet customer needs and expectations. What We Require: You will have a proven track record of successfully managing a multi-line shopfloor with a focus on driving lean initiatives and continuous improvement. You will have experience of manufacturing products under Quality Control systems such as ISO9001 and ISO14001. You will have proven experience of managing and reporting on production KPIs and suggesting appropriate improvements. You will have demonstrable experience of problem solving using appropriate problem solving tools, and identifying fresh and innovative ideas. You will have demonstrable experience in leading and managing a team with specific experience of dealing with people management issues including grievance/discipline/training/recruitment and selection. You will have experience of effectively coaching and developing others, including the ability to motivate people to improve performance and meet business objectives.
