We’re looking for a Head of Engineering to lead a team of 12 talented professionals, including the Heads of Security and Cloud & Infrastructure. This is a pivotal leadership role where you’ll drive innovation, strengthen technical delivery, and align engineering excellence with business growth.


🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

* Lead and inspire teams across Cloud, Infrastructure, and Security, setting strategic direction and ensuring alignment to business goals.
* Define and deliver a forward-thinking engineering roadmap focused on scalability, automation, and performance.
* Champion best practices, modern tooling, and a culture of continuous improvement.
* Strengthen governance, compliance, and risk management across all technical domains.
* Mentor department heads and senior engineers to foster leadership growth and technical depth.


🌐 What You’ll Bring

* Proven leadership experience as a Head of Engineering, Director of Engineering, or Head of Technology.
* Strong technical grounding in Microsoft Cloud, Security, and Infrastructure.
* Experience leading multi‑disciplinary teams in cloud‑first or hybrid environments.
* Background in an MSP or enterprise‑scale organisation.
