About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Loyalty Product Manager to join our team. The Loyalty Product Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention, drive revenue growth, and maximise customer lifetime value.
What You’ll Do
* Lead a team to develop and implement loyalty strategies and programs at a global level for all IAG Cargo customers and segments.
* Own the Forward Reward programme and act as interim Business Owner for its overhaul, delivering incremental contribution from 2025 to 2030.
* Lead the automation of systems and processes and source/implement a loyalty management system, including negotiations.
* Drive the redevelopment of the scheme’s proposition and tier and earn structure to promote growth and align with IAG Cargo’s sales and commercial strategy.
* Review current partners, suppliers and cross-IAG collaborations, and identify new opportunities.
* Influence and collaborate with external senior stakeholders, including joint loyalty scheme proposition, investment negotiation and Avios price exchange.
* Obtain Cargo Executive Team sign‑off on the overhaul of Forward Rewards and on recurrent supplier spend.
* Work with Regional Commercial Managers globally to monitor competitor activity and market trends, leading initiatives to enhance the loyalty program.
* Manage supplier and team to deliver process improvements.
* Review and manage suppliers (WNS and Global Hotel Cards) and enforce SLAs.
* Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns and promotions using data analysis.
* Source, merge and analyse complex datasets through SQL, Tableau and Excel across business domains.
* Create internal engagement strategy with Tableau dashboards and internal communication.
* People‑manage 2 direct reports.
* Global Incentive Agreement scheme: Own GIA for Global Key Accounts, manage budget, create forecasting processes, and gain approval from senior executives.
* Lead the strategy for GIA, adapt structure to new sales strategy, create contracts and resolve payment issues.
* Lead the implementation of Business Insights dashboards, sourcing and negotiating with Tableau.
* Create high‑quality management presentations and analyse business intelligence for CET.
* Produce management information using Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, and SQL.

* Excellent understanding of customer segmentation, loyalty program design, and data analytics.
* Proven ability to develop and execute successful loyalty programs and campaigns.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and collaboration across departments.
* Strong leadership and team management skills with experience managing and mentoring.
* Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with ability to manipulate complex data.
* Experience with loyalty program technology platforms and data management tools.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
* Supplier management experience.
* Advanced knowledge of Excel, SQL, Tableau and Salesforce.
Skills And Experience
* Knowledge of running a loyalty programme to incentivise customer spend.
* Prior experience in a commercial / financial role.
* Technically literate with practical experience delivering website projects.
* Track record of delivering sustainable and significant change, reducing complexity.
* Proven ability to deliver objectives on time and to budget using planning tools.
* Evidence of using data to drive commercial decision‑making.
* Ability to communicate and influence effectively across functions, cultures and hierarchies.
* Commercial and competitive awareness.
* Experience managing third‑party suppliers.
