The role will play a key part in supporting managers across multiple locations, enhancing the overall employee experience, and ensuring the smooth delivery of all HR administration and processes. There's a strong focus on wellbeing, compliance, reporting, and improving operational efficiency across the people function.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build strong relationships with management and frontline teams to support engagement, morale, and retention
2. Anticipate and respond to workforce planning and recruitment needs
3. Manage day-to-day HR systems and processes, particularly using Harri (Core HR, ATS, scheduling, payroll, time and attendance)
4. Handle queries from the people inbox, including sickness, maternity, and reference requests
5. Maintain and audit employee files and documentation for compliance
6. Ensure Right to Work checks are carried out accurately and in line with legal requirements
7. Provide regular reporting on people data and metrics to the senior leadership team
8. Support onboarding processes, including enrolling new starters onto internal training platforms
