Automotive Paint Sprayer Required in Erith, South East London
Basic Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 DOE
Hours: Monday – Friday, 45 hours per week

Our Client is a well-established, Insurance-approved Vehicle Accident Repair Centre with a strong reputation for high-quality work.
Specialising in non-fault accident repairs, they regularly handle prestige vehicles and complete restoration projects, setting a high standard in the industry.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing accident repair business and work in a fully equipped workshop with the latest technology.

Key Responsibilities of a Paint Sprayer
5. Preparing and priming vehicle bodywork to meet client and manufacturer specifications.
6. Mixing and color-matching paint, applying to repaired areas to a high standard, and polishing as needed.
7. Keeping product knowledge current and staying up-to-date with industry standards.
8. Delivering outstanding customer service to ensure customer loyalty and referrals.
9. Maintaining high housekeeping and health & safety standards within the workshop.
What We’re Looking For in a Paint Sprayer
10. Keen attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
11. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
12. Recognised qualification in Accident Repair/Bodyshop, or equivalent experience.
13. Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer in a busy Bodyshop or accident repair setting.
14. Ability to carry out paint repairs from start to finish to an exceptional standard.
15. Must have own spray guns and relevant equipment.
16. Full UK Driving Licence required.
17. ATA qualification is advantageous but not essential.
