We are a specialist support setting for young people with higher levels of need. Our learners may have ASC, social communication difficulties, or experience significant anxiety. They benefit from a calm, structured environment with fewer transitions and consistent, nurturing support.
We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and confident Outreach Worker Teaching Assistants (Key Workers) to join our growing team.

✨ About the Role
As an Outreach Worker / Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Provide one-to-one and small group support to children and young people.
* Help maintain a predictable routine tailored to each learner's needs.
* Build positive, trusting relationships with young people who may struggle with communication, transitions, or emotional regulation.
* Support students in developing social, emotional, and independence skills.
* Work closely with a specialist team to deliver holistic, child-centred support.
* Deliver outreach sessions in the community and transport students when required.

✔️ Requirements
To apply, you must:
* Be 21 years old or over
* Hold a full UK driving licence
* Have access to your own car
* Hold or be willing to obtain business car insurance
* Be patient, resilient, and passionate about supporting neurodiverse young people
Experience with ASC, anxiety, or SEMH needs is beneficial but not essential-we value empathy, commitment, and a willingness to learn.
