The Reablement Team are looking to recruit a rostering clerk who will be responsible for managing the rostering process to ensure that reablement referrals are coordinated in a timely and effective way. You will have: A diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent (or willingness to start this qualification within first 6 months in post) Significant experience of managing a complex, variable rostering process and system Knowledge of the use and application of IT systems Effective, written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with other teams and partner organisations Effective personal organisation and time management skills Ability to analyse and interpret information Able to evidence a customer centered approach To deal with a wide range of telephone enquiries from service users and their families, health care professionals and commissioning teams Flexibility to include early, middle, late shifts and willing to work flexibly across Cheshire West using agile equipment when required Come and join us, working in an authority that has an excellent reputation, great working culture and is an inclusive and dynamic place to work.
