Personal Assistant for Harvey
Location: York. Hours: 6 hours per week. Rate of pay: £12.71 (min) per hour.
A full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential.
Harvey is nearly 17 and an absolute joy to be around. He’s a big fan of gaming – especially Fortnite – and a huge Lego enthusiast (seriously, he could open his own Lego shop!). With a great personality and a wicked sense of humour, Harvey loves trips to the cinema, zoos, farms, bowling, and the seaside.
He’s also a big animal lover, showing great kindness and care towards all creatures. Known as a gentle giant, Harvey is shy at first, but once he gets to know you, he’ll have you in fits of laughter.
The Role
We’re looking for a friendly and patient Personal Assistant to support Harvey in accessing the community, helping him enjoy his favourite activities and discover new ones.
Essential Requirements
* A full UK driving licence and access to your own car
* A good sense of humour
* Kind, patient, and understanding nature
* Ideally, some knowledge of Harvey’s interests (gaming, Lego, animals) to help build rapport
Hours will be confirmed, but flexibility will be important.
At the time of starting their employment, the successful candidate must have permission to work in the U.K.
