Eclectic Recruitment is working with a well-regarded regional law firm based in Sevenoaks, seeking a Property Solicitor (NQ – 3 PQE) to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and personable solicitor who enjoys working across a mix of commercial and residential property matters within a supportive and modern environment.
You will handle a varied caseload, working closely with experienced colleagues while also managing your own files. The role would suit someone coming from a regional, boutique, or City background who is looking to develop their career within a firm that values client service and long-term progression.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a varied caseload of commercial and residential property matters
* Handling sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
* Assisting with commercial leases, acquisitions, and disposals
* Acting as a key point of contact for clients and third parties
* Providing clear and practical advice throughout transactions
* Supporting with file management and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
* Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider property team
Requirements:
* Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (NQ – 3 PQE)
* Experience in residential property, with some exposure to commercial property advantageous
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a varied workload
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* High attention to detail and a proactive approach
* A team-focused attitude with a desire to develop and progress
