Overview
Retail Shift Manager at Lidl. 30-35 hour contract with a pay rate of £14.95 - £15.45 per hour, various shifts, 30-35 days holiday (pro rata), 10% in-store discount, enhanced family leave. What you'll do
* Motivate and support your team, aligning with Leadership and Company Principles
* Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks
* Create an environment where colleagues can succeed
* Manage operations within your Store and lead in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager
* Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to ensure shifts run smoothly
* Provide customers with the best possible experience on every visit
What you'll need
