Responsibilities include: Customer & Account Support - Supporting National Account Managers with reporting, scheduling, diary management and project administration. Service & Issue Resolution - Working with supply chain teams to monitor out-of-stocks and communicate updates to customers. Data, Reporting & Systems - Updating contracts, order forms and customer information across multiple platforms.
