About the role

We’re looking for a Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our team at the Kido Chiswick location: Kido International Nursery & Preschool, Chiswick Unit A & B, Edmunds House, Colonial Dr, Chiswick, London W4 5HA.
Operating internationally across India, the USA and the UK, all our nurseries are Ofsted rated Good and Outstanding. We blend the best practices from Montessori, Reggio Emilia and Waldorf Steiner approaches, offering a unique curriculum for children aged 3 months to 5 years. Our philosophy is that a combination of free and structured play, an engaging and interactive learning environment, and abundant love and care provides the most solid foundation for children in their early years.

Responsibilities
* Provide a safe, inspiring learning environment where every child thrives.
* Collaborate with the team to plan, organise and execute engaging activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
* Observe and assess children, working with colleagues and parents to set individualised goals.
* Celebrate every child’s unique journey by recording progress and achievements.
* Utilise both indoor and outdoor spaces to foster curiosity and exploration.
* Maintain an inclusive environment that acknowledges cultural, disability and medical diversity.
Qualifications & Experience
* Relevant childcare qualification level 2 minimum.
* Experience in a similar nursery or educational setting.
* Right to work in the UK.
* Compliance with Safer Recruitment procedures, including disclosure of unspent convictions and an enhanced DBS check.
