Location – Great Shelford, CB22 5LZ
Days & Hours – Mon – Fri, 8:45am – 5:30pm (1 hour lunch) + 1 Sat in every 4, 9am – 1pm
Employment Type – Full-time, permanent - Salary: £23,150

We are looking for an ENERGETIC and ENTHUSIASTIC customer service specialist, who either has a background within property or is looking to embark on a career in the industry.
Our Property Managers play a pivotal role in ensuring that our landlord and tenant customers receive the high-quality experience they deserve throughout their time with us. We’re seeking individuals with excellent communication and relationship skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
The role of a Property Manager:
As a Property Manager, you will manage your own portfolio of properties across our 60 brands, building relationships with colleagues and customers, and acting as a key contact for tenants and landlords requiring support during their tenancy.
Your responsibilities include:
* Coordinating urgent and routine repairs and maintenance
* Liaising with tradespeople/contractors and updating customers
* Organising safety inspections and managing remedial works
* Following up with landlords after property visits
* Assisting customers with tenancy queries
* Conducting weekly partnership calls and welcome calls with new customers
* Communicating promptly and courteously with landlords, tenants, contractors, and internal teams
* Providing first-class service to maximize customer retention
* Meeting deadlines, maintaining service levels, and achieving KPIs
Having a good knowledge of lettings legislation, tenancy agreements, and landlord contracts is essential; full training will be provided.
