We are looking for a dedicated Process Operative to join our team at Pilgrim’s Europe. In this role, you will be responsible for processing products within your department while ensuring that hygiene, quality and health & safety standards are always maintained. A key part of this role is working as part of a team to achieve production KPIs.

Working hours are: 06.00am to 18.00pm, rotational, as a part Crate Wash Team A.
Week 1: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun
Week 2: Wed, Thurs
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out processing duties.
* Ensure hygiene, safety, and quality standards are maintained at all times.
* Operate machinery safely and efficiently.
* Maintain an excellent level of work consistency.
* Perform packaging, labelling and boxing tasks.
* Work in line with company policies and health & safety regulations.
* Cooperate with managers and colleagues to achieve a safe and productive workplace.
* Report hazards, defects, or incidents promptly.
Please note: This is a physical role which includes heavy lifting, manual handling, pulling, and fast-paced packing tasks. Applicants must be comfortable working in an active production environment.
