Your new role
You will provide vital administrative and organisational support to senior team members, helping to ensure the smooth running of daily operations:
1. Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
2. Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of senior staff
3. Preparing documents, reports, and presentations
4. Events management
5. Assisting with event planning and internalmunications
6. Maintaining filing systems and office supplies
7. Supporting ad hoc projects and tasks as required

9. Excellent written and verbalmunication abilities
10. A proactive and flexible approach to work
11. Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
12. The ability to handle confidential information with discretion
13. Previous experience in a personal assistant position is required.
