Learning & Development Consultant – People & Management Development | Belfast | Up to £36,000 We’re looking for a hands-on Learning & Development Consultant to deliver engaging, practical workshops that help people and managers perform at their best. This isn’t slide-led training — it’s interactive, behavioural learning that drives real impact.
