Overview
Team Manager - Homelessness Prevention Service (internally known as a Project Manager) at Caring for Communities and People (CCP).
This role supports homeless people with complex needs, manages a team of experienced frontline staff, and works in partnership with stakeholders, statutory and non-statutory partners, and the wider community. The service also delivers the SWEP Night Shelters across six districts in Worcestershire.
Responsibilities
* Manage the Homelessness Prevention Service for people at risk of homelessness across Worcestershire.
* Lead the wider team of senior managers, coordinators and support workers.
* Work in partnership with stakeholders to deliver contractual KPIs.
* Support and develop services that promote independence, provide high-quality practical and emotional support, and promote portable and sustainable outcomes.
* Contribute to expanding services that make a difference in the lives of people who are currently homeless or at risk of losing tenancies.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Flexible and highly responsive approach to working, with relevant homelessness service experience.
* Full UK driving licence and own transport required due to travel between service areas.

Position Details
* Hours: Full-time 37.5 hours per week.
* Contract: Permanent.
* Location: Worcester.
* Pay: £26,550 per annum (Band D).
