What you'll be doing;
To carry out calibration, planned and breakdown maintenance on a variety of plant and apparatus including a Transducers, Automated Equipment, Emissions Monitoring Equipment, PLC / DCS, etc
To maintain records of all EC&I equipment and system maintenance and calibration using the corporate Asset Management System or other appropriate means
To report, diagnose and remedy plant defects, proposing improvements where appropriate
To propose and develop modifications to plant /apparatus as appropriate
Carry out duties associated with company Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality Procedures, including audits as appropriate
To supervise Company and Contractors staff as appropriate
What we're looking for;
Qualified to HNC, or equivalent, in a relevant Engineering discipline, but knowledgeable in Control, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering
An experienced Engineer / Technician, having served a recognised apprenticeship
Knowledge of all aspects of maintenance techniques associated with control systems, pneumatic and hydraulic transducers and instrumentation
Minimum 3 years experience gained in a continuous process industry
Experience of High Voltage Apparatus
