As a Care Navigator, you will join our busy reception team in taking calls, booking patients, and providing excellent administrative support to ensure our patients receive the best and most appropriate care.
Main duties of the job
Care Navigators are the first point of contact for our patients, so you must be helpful, friendly, and organized as you collect information to direct them to the most appropriate clinician.
This varied role involves handling a high volume of incoming calls, assisting patients at the front desk, and managing paperwork required by our Care Navigators.
