This rewarding role involves leading a KS2 MLD class. You will be supported with medium-term planning but will be responsible for lesson preparation tailored to meet the diverse needs of your students.
Your Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that inspire and motivate students with MLD.
* Foster a safe and nurturing learning environment that encourages personal and academic growth.
* Collaborate with a skilled team of professionals to ensure every student receives a holistic education.
* Build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues to support individual learning goals.

The Desired SEND Teacher Will Have
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience working with Special Needs pupils, including designing and delivering tailored lesson plans.
* A passion for fostering progress and development in SEND learners.
* The ability to adapt and collaborate within a dynamic team.
