Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and develop a team of production operators to consistently achieve daily output targets.
* Manage production performance, including KPIs, quality standards, and throughput across diverse manufacturing processes.
* Ensure all products meet the highest levels of quality assurance and operational excellence.
* Champion continuous improvement initiatives to optimise productivity, processes, and team performance.
* Maintain a safe, compliant working environment in line with Health and Safety legislation and company policies.
* Provide clear communication, coaching, and support to foster a collaborative, proactive team culture.
