This role will play an essential part in establishing a strategy for quality and clinical governance and provide leadership to improve the quality of services and clinical governance across all of our integrated health and social care system. You will play a key part in ensuring that the organisation is best placed to provide the best healthcare outcome for our communities in Highland and Argyll and Bute. This will include a systematic approach to clinical governance and organising for quality at all levels of the organisation.

You would work closely with a range of people across NHS Highland and our partners to provide strong and effective leadership advice and direct support to the NHS Highland Board and services in areas of clinical governance, quality planning, quality improvement, patient safety, innovation, information, value, and sustainability.
