Overview
A leading media and creative agency group is seeking a forward-thinking Commercial Director to lead commercial strategy, drive new business growth, and build a high-performing revenue engine across both agency services and strategic partnerships.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for leading and growing the sales and marketing functions, identifying new revenue opportunities, and driving commercial performance across social/influencer agency services and strategic brand partnerships.
This senior, hands-on role requires a deep understanding of social media — not just platform knowledge but also how social integrates into broader brand and marketing strategies. Experience in scaling teams, developing product-market fit, and creating winning pitches is essential.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end commercial strategy for agency and partnership streams
* Support product development and go-to-market strategies
* Work with leadership to achieve ambitious recurring revenue goals
* Build and manage a high-performing, cross-functional team
* Develop and nurture new business pipelines
* Collaborate with marketing on go-to-market strategies and campaign narratives
* Identify and evolve revenue streams in influencer/social agency services and brand partnerships
* Represent the company at client meetings and industry events
