Role information: As a Property Charging Officer, will be responsible for the co-ordination of key documentation on the new homes we have developed, ready for charging to lenders. You will work closely with both the Development and Finance teams to ensure all documentation is provided in a timely manner, liaising with solicitors, developers, local authorities, valuers and other key stakeholders. You will have experience of working in a similar environment for either a registered provider, private developer or in a legal setting.
