We are currently recruiting experienced HGV Drivers to join a leading Aviation Catering Logistics operation based at London City Airport.Location: London City AirportPay Rate: £21.70 per hourShift Pattern5-on, 3-off rotating shift pattern8.5 working hours per shiftAM and PM shifts availableAM Start Times: Between 04:30 and 07:30PM Start Times: Between 12:30 and 14:30Key ResponsibilitiesSafe and efficient transportation of aviation catering and related products.Conducting vehicle checks and ensuring compliance with company procedures.Completing deliveries and collections within scheduled timeframes.Maintaining accurate records in line with transport regulations.Adhering to all airport security procedures and UK road transport legislation.Working closely with operational teams to ensure smooth service delivery.RequirementsValid HGV Licence (Minimum Class C)Valid Digital Tachograph (Tacho) CardValid CPC (Driver Qualification Card)Right to Work in the UKAbility to pass a Criminal Record Check (CRC)5 years of checkable employment historyPrevious HGV or commercial driving experience preferredDesirable Skills & ExperienceExperience operating flatbed lorriesStrong knowledge of UK road regulations and driver compliance requirementsExcellent time management and organisational skillsGood communication and teamwork abilitiesProfessional and customer-focused approachAbility to work independently and perform effectively under pressureWhat's on Offer?Competitive pay rate of £21.70 per hourImmediate starts available following successful employment referencing and aviation security clearanceOpportunity to work within the aviation industry at London City AirportStable shift pattern with excellent work-life balanceApply today to begin your career within a dynamic and growing aviation logistics operation.TPBN1_UKTJ
