My client are expanding and are looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their growing team in the Birmingham area. You'll be responsible for providing in-depth technical support to their users, diagnosing and resolving escalated issues from 1st Line.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a 2nd Line Support Engineer or similar role
* Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows)
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
* Compliance and User practices
