Role: Transport Customer Service Co-Ordinator (Temp to Perm) - Carrington Salary: £27,735 per annum (paid monthly) Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30-16:00 Holidays: 28 days (inclusive of Bank Holidays) Additional: Free onsite parking Key Duties: * Engage with internal and external customers professionally and courteously at all times. * Handle incoming calls and emails promptly and politely. * Deal with all customer queries or concerns in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner. * Liaise with management to ensure smooth operation of the transport department. * Undertake administrative and filing duties for the Transport Department. * Process customer orders accurately, ensuring correct communication to depot staff. * Ensure all customer requirements are administered and recorded in a timely, controlled manner. * Maintain accurate charging processes and auditable trails for all work carried out. Experience & Qualifications: * Excellent computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Word & Excel). * Previous administration experience. * Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
