2. Lead new product introductions and continuous improvement projects, covering all standard technologies in the product family.
3. Manage the full New Product Launch (NPL) process, ensuring timely delivery, compliance with pre-launch checks, and end-to-end readiness.
4. Create targeted product campaigns (with OEMs where needed) to grow market share and support margin objectives.
5. Provide competitor analysis, develop sales tools and training, and support teams with insights needed to succeed in the market.
6. Act as the go-to authority for your product range—delivering internal and external presentations and technical guidance.
7. Serve as the main point of contact for OEMs, managing day-to-day collaboration and developing regional specifications with Sales.
8. Work in line with SMT GB's health, safety, quality, and environmental policies—while supporting additional tasks as requested.
