Are you a highly organised coordinator with a passion for retail environments? We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to join a global consultancy project for a world-leading technology brand.
Your Key Services
* Strategic Coordination: Facilitate and advise local and central teams on creating accurate store briefs to ensure seamless design execution.
* End-to-End Project Management: Oversee the design and survey processes, working closely with Marketing Communications (Marcom) and regional teams.
* Deployment Oversight: Ensure fixture installations are completed on time, meeting the brand’s industry-leading standards for quality and compliance.
* Global Logistics: Coordinate the international shipment and distribution of merchandising assets across diverse markets.
* Performance Tracking: Evaluate vendor performance against KPIs and report on installation quality to ensure continuous improvement.
* Impact Communication: Maintain project management tools and deliver compelling presentations showcasing the outcomes of the merchandising programmes.
Who You Are
* Experienced Coordinator: You have a background in project coordination or junior project management, ideally within retail, merchandising, or deployment environments.
* Global Collaborator: You are comfortable managing multiple stakeholders across local, regional, and global teams.
* Detail-Oriented: You have a “perfectionist” eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality delivery.
* Strong Communicator: You can build and deliver clear presentations and maintain accurate data across various PM tools.
Mandatory Requirements
* Proven experience in a project-focused role (Retail/Merchandising preferred).
* Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Ability to manage complex timelines in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
