SEND Teaching Assistant - Communication & Autism Support Focus Aspire People are working with a supportive and inclusive primary school seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Autism and communication needs. This role is based within a structured classroom environment where routine, consistency, and communication strategies are key. You will support across the classroom, working with a range of pupils, while also providing targeted support where needed.
