Temporary Brand Ambassador – Event Pop-Up (UK Music Tour)
Location: Multiple UK Cities (Cardiff, Manchester, Edinburgh)
Contract Type: Temporary / Event-Based
Pay Rate: £13.85 per hour

About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as a Brand Ambassador for a well-known logistics company at a series of major UK concerts this summer. You’ll be part of a customer-facing team running a branded pop-up experience, allowing concert goers to conveniently post their merchandise back to themselves from the event venue.
This is a fun, high-energy role ideal for someone confident speaking with the public, quick to learn, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service in a festival-style setting.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the set-up and break-down of the brand’s event pop-up stand
* Engage with customers and explain the service offering clearly and enthusiastically
* Provide assistance with merchandise posting
* Represent the brand in a friendly, professional manner at all times
* Attend a short on-site training session to get up to speed on the process
Requirements
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Friendly, confident, and approachable demeanour
* Ability to commit to both days per event (see dates below)
* Comfortable working flexible hours (approx. 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
* Punctuality and reliability are essential
