CAFE MANAGER - IS THIS YOU?
* Experience as a restaurant/cafe/coffee shop/cafe bakery/catering manager in a busy, fast paced commercial customer facing operation
* A passion for high quality food and drink & exceptional customer service?
* Experience making barista coffee
* A hands-on lead from the front approach and a real eye for detail
* A strong people manager with the ability to recruit, train & motivate a team to get results?
* Financially and commercially astute with the ability to build sales?
CAFE MANAGER - MAIN DUTIES
* Manage all day to day operations, including people, stocks & finances
* Recruit, train and develop your team
* Work in a hands-on capacity leading from the front
* Maintain high standards of customer service & compliance
* Drive sales through exceptional service, upselling and offers
