12 month FTC ( Maternity Contract)
Location – Birmingham
We have a great opportunity for Administrator to join our Asset Services team, siting within our client finance team on 12 month maternity contract.
You will join our team and be pivotal in driving data entry and fee Invoice tasks from initiation to successful conclusion in a suitable time frame. As well as working closely with multiple stakeholders and share progress updates while maintaining the CRM.
Key Responsibilities:
• Regular communications to clients and tenants on updates
• Responsible for inputting data entry forms
• Work closely with teams to complete administrator tasks and get to know our wider audience
• Sending and receiving of lease renewal instruction
• Property valuation management and organisation
• Quarterly Arrears and Inspection management
Key Experience:
• Does not require any previous property management experience.
• Previous administrative and office experience in a similar role OR have a relevant qualification and be looking to start/move their career in this direction.
• Have excellent attention to detail.
• Have experience of using MS Office applications.
• Be able to commute to our Birmingham office.
Here at Cushman & Wakefield we work both hybrid/office-based, the working hours will be 9:00 – 17:30 Monday to Friday.
