First Military Recruitment is currently seeking a General Manager on behalf of one of our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Ensure park presentation meets company standards, maintaining high-quality accommodation and grounds.
* Enforce park rules rigorously to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.
* Manage and oversee all park operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and achieving financial targets.
* Directly supervise changeover days for efficiency and guest satisfaction.
* Recruit, train, and develop park teams to ensure high performance and guest service excellence.
* Hold regular Head of Department (HOD) meetings to strategize and manage seasonal demands.
* Deliver an outstanding guest/owner experience, responding to feedback and exceeding expectations.
* Take full responsibility for all revenue streams, including Holiday Home Sales, Holiday Hire, Retail, and F&B.
* Control expenses, wage costs, and stock, while implementing strategies to increase sales.
* Ensure full Health & Safety compliance, maintaining records and promoting safe working practices.
* Manage park marketing and brand awareness, including social media and competitor analysis.
* Provide weekly performance reports to the Board of Directors.
* Foster strong working relationships with the central team and other parks in the group.
* Comply with all company policies, rules, and procedures.
* Undertake training as required by management.
Skills and Qualifications
* Proven leadership and management experience in a similar role.
* Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines effectively.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills, with resilience under pressure.
* Financial and business acumen, with experience managing multiple revenue streams.
* Customer-focused mindset with the ability to influence and negotiate.
* Previous experience in holiday park management is desirable but not essential.
* Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
