We are looking for an experienced HR Project Lead to support an Essex based local authority for at least 6 months.
Your key deliverables during this time will be:
1. Lead on the roll out of a Performance Management Policy and Framework
2. Supporting the Head of HR in managing HR contracts – this will include attending meetings, preparing reports, bench marking other providers, creatively working on maximising returns
3. Ad hoc HR projects that come through which would likely be – Employee benefits, Equalities reports, Agency reports, Help disseminate MI by using Power BI
To be considered, your CV needs to show:
– That you have rolled out a new Performance Management Framework in a project management capacity
– That you have a strong background in managing various small HR projects
– That you have experience with Power BI
Ideally you will have public sector experience.
This is a hybrid role where you will be on site 2-3 days a week in South Essex and the rest of the week is from home
