Role Overview
As a Care Worker, you will provide personal care, companionship, and practical support to clients in their homes and communities. This role requires a caring nature, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel between clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Support personal care (washing, dressing, grooming, toileting, medication)
* Provide companionship and emotional support
* Assist with light domestic tasks (laundry, cleaning, meal preparation)
* Accompany clients to activities or appointments
* Ensure safety and wellbeing through respectful, reliable care
Required Skills and Experience
* Minimum 1 year of home care experience
* Full UK driving licence or valid international licence (minimum 1 year remaining)
* Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
* Caring, compassionate, and reliable attitude
* Availability to work weekends
* Basic cooking skills
* Experience supporting clients with mobility challenges
