Satellite Warehouse/Logistics Operator

Salary – Up to £32,208 depending on experience
Location – Role will be based in Lound, Suffolk
About the role
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Logistics team as a Satellite Warehouse/Logistics Operator, responsible for the daily operation of a satellite warehouse.
You will manage daily activities independently, including receiving and checking supplier deliveries, recording these into the inventory system, and liaising with suppliers and customers regarding delivery issues. You will also transfer stock between sites, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain good housekeeping standards. The role may require covering other satellite stores during holidays.
About you
* Previous experience driving a forklift (Counterbalance).
* Physical ability to unload, check, and store deliveries following safety protocols.
* Ability to work alone, perform risk assessments, and conduct 60-second safety checks.
* Strong customer service skills, courteous and professional communication.
* Excellent numeracy and literacy skills, with high data entry accuracy.
* Full UK Manual Driving Licence.
